01 — The cafe

A quiet room.

37.8 Coffee is a converted forty-foot shipping container, parked right next to the agency HQ on the back lanes of Almancil. Pine-lined inside, a single bench down one wall, a Slayer Steam on the counter, and the roaster you can hear from the car park.

It opened — honestly — because the agency needed a meeting room. The kind where buyers, sellers, agents and developers could sit down without it feeling like a transaction. Coffee is what we serve while the conversation happens. The conversation is the point.

Outside seating under two old olive trees, a canvas awning for the wind off the coast, WiFi that holds up, and parking right at the door. The deal table is the long bench inside — we don't take bookings, it just happens.
